Summer Season (1st June - 31st August):
1 week: SEK 4000.00 (roughly £355.00 or €395.00)
Negotiable for longer stays.
Autumn (1st September - 30th November):
1 week: SEK 3500.00 (roughly £315.00 or €350.00)
Negotiable for longer stays.
Winter Season (1st December - 31st March - Excluding the Christmas and New Year period):
1 week: SEK 4000.00 (roughly £355.00 or €395.00)
Negotiable for longer stays.
The Christmas and New Year Period (24th December - 2nd January):
1 week during this period: SEK 5000.00 (roughly £440.00 or €495.00)
Spring (1st April - 31st May):
1 week: SEK 3500.00 (roughly £315.00 or €350.00)
Negotiable for longer stays.
Prices are per cabin and not per person, i.e. regardless of the number of occupants (1-6). Should you wish to rent either cabin for a single night/a period differing from the above then this can obviously be arranged. Please contact us for further information as prices for a single night's occupancy vary depending on the time of year.
Prices include "household" use of electricity, defined as 200 kWh/week. Additional use of electricity (i.e. anything in excess of 200 kWh/week) is charged at SEK 2.00/kWh.
Bedding (pillow slips, quilt covers etc.) and towels can be provided at an additional cost of SEK 200 (roughly £18.00/€20.00)/person.

Bookings are always confirmed in writing and sent to the customer either by e-mail or post.
A breakage deposit of SEK 1300.00 (roughly £115.00 or €130.00) must also be paid prior to arrival (this will be refunded upon departure provided nothing is damaged or missing from the cabin).
We are able to arrange alternative accommodation (hotel, cabins) in the area should our own accommodation be occupied during the period you wish to book.
Terms and conditions
Reservations
Bookings are considered definite from the moment a confirmation has been sent either by e-mail or post.
Cancellation
Changes to/cancellation of a booking made later than 2 weeks prior to the agreed date on which the booking was to commence will incur a charge of 75% of the total cost of the booked accommodation. A charge will not be incurred, should another person/group want to book the accommodation for the same period. Cancellation due to illness must be accompanied by a doctor's certificate. All other costs related to/caused by the cancellation must be paid by the customer.
Liability
It is the customer's responsibility to make sure all expenses are paid to Sweden Adventures, regardless of the possibility that the various participants may be paying individually. Lack of snow, extreme spring flooding, fire or other circumstances beyond Sweden Adventures' control, or ability to predict at the time the booking was made, gives Sweden Adventures the contractual right to cancel a booking/reservation without being required to pay damages in any form.
Terms of Payment
A (non refundable) 20% deposit is required to be paid by the customer after booking confirmation has been received, be it by e-mail or post. The remainder of the fee can be paid either prior to, or upon arrival.
